Great customer service. It was easy to get in contact with them and the responses were prompt. Even though the vehicle I got wasn’t my first choice I was able to book a vehicle one week ahead of a busy holiday weekend.

This service was so great from start to finish. Car was in great condition and was dropped off at my Airbnb. Cost was really good! The company owner was also really prompt in responding. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Was in a pinch and needed a car during carnival, they soreted me out and had a car for me within a few hours. Great customer service, and communication through the process and was kind enough to drop me at the knutsford express.

I will use them from now on when I come to the island! Thank you Winston for you help and professionalism.

I would definitely recommend this company! They provided excellent customer service and quick responses. Even after booking last minute, a vehicle was promptly provided. The car was in great condition and we experienced no problems at all with it. They also have amazing rates with no hidden fees. Very honest and friendly staff which made the process very simple. 10/10 stars!

I would definitely recommend Planet car Rentals, great customer service and reliable vehicles. I landed in Kingston for business but departed from Montego Bay and they were flexible in arranging to collect the vehicle. I will use them again!

Great company! Booked online with a deposit and got my confirmation voucher easy check-in at the airport and they accept all major credit and debit cards. Great customer service and got a nice clean car that worked great. Definitely recommended
